Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before payment authorization is complete. Once payment has been processed and your order is finalized, cancellation is no longer possible, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are included in your purchase price and are non-refundable. Once your item has been shipped, Léanne Olivere assumes no liability for loss, damage, or delay in transit. You assume full ownership and risk upon the moment of dispatch.

Upon receipt of your order, you assume complete ownership, responsibility, and risk for the item(s). This includes all liability for damage, loss, or deterioration after delivery has occurred.
